Lincoln Shelton MA, PLC, LPC, MHSP
Founder, Vice Chairman - Board of Directors
Lincoln is an ordained minister with 20 years of ministerial experience. He possesses a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Christian Counseling, and an Associate of Science in Religion and Church Ministries. Lincoln is a Licensed professional counselor with a mental health service provider designation, a certified Professional Life Coach, and Life Purpose Life Coach. This has given him a unique perspective in the areas of psychology, counseling, and life coaching. His education and experiences have led him to develop an integrated model of coaching that he believes will empower his clients to become whom God has created them to be and to thrive.
Shemeka Hawkins, M.S., NCC, NCSC
Life Advancement Coach – Discipleship Coaching, Life Coaching
Shemeka holds a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling. She is a National Board Certified Counselor, with additional training in life coaching. She became a follower of Jesus at a young age and enjoys serving in her local church and community. Since 2008, Shemeka has been partnering with individuals to assist them in overcoming personal obstacles. She is passionate about supporting others in their personal development and empowering them to live out God’s purpose for their lives.
Shemeka has been married since 2003 and together they have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, photography, and playing the guitar.
Sharon Kennedy, M.A.
Life Advancement Coach –Personal Fitness, Emotional Health and Wellness, Women's Issues
Sharon has been married to her husband, Dave, for 23 years. She has two college-aged children at Johnson University in Knoxville, TN; quite far from home in Colorado! She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an Master of Arts in Education, She also holds a certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is globally recognized achievement of commitment to coaching other's according to rigorous ethical standards and competencies..
Sharon is a huge dog lover and actively volunteers with her local canine rescue. She regularly fosters dogs and loves walking and hiking near her home in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado.
Today, Sharon is extremely passionate about working with others around goal cultivation, emotional health and wellness. She is honored to partner with others to gain awareness and clarity in God's best plans for their lives. She also spends her time assisting in her family business, volunteering at a local animal shelter and hiking in her hometown of Boulder, Colorado.
Lindsey Boyd, M.A.

Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Marriage and Family and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Lindsey is a certified professional life coach who has a specific passion for marriage, family, and relationship advancement. Lindsey is passionate about the family unit and God’s purposeful design for it, as well as nurturing and maintaining day-to-day connections and relationships.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys travelling, reading, podcast-listening, and time outdoors with her husband and her dog, Louie. She began following Christ at a young age and has always enjoyed serving at local churches throughout the community alongside her friends and family.
As of now, Lindsey is eager to equip people with the knowledge she has obtained throughout her educational journey, while also partnering with individuals to understand and experience their full potential through Christ.
